Mama Kin Bio
| Mama Kin is an exciting live band based
in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, dedicated to
the music and spirit of Aerosmith. Mama Kin
shows exhibit high energy performances,
elaborate costumes, great stage set and
special effects. Although Mama Kin has been
around since 1991 they are continually
changing their stage show and setlist to
keep the performance fresh, to offer return
audiences something new to the live
experience. Mama Kin have played venues from
Winnipeg to St. John's and everything in
between, as well as touring through the
northern US many times. In addition to the
many bars and clubs that have hosted Mama
Kin on a weekly basis, they have also played
festivals, casinos, charity and corporate
events, and special events such as the CNE
and The Docks 'Start of Summer Bash'. "Mama
Kin" takes it's namesake from the popular
song from the first Aerosmith album that
Steven Tyler also has tattooed on his arm.
It embodies the true blue essence of
Aerosmith. The band features Frank Grosso as
'Steven Tyler' doing lead vocals and
harmonica, Glenn Littlehales as 'Joe Perry'
on guitar / backing vocals, Paul Hampson as
'Brad Whitford' on guitar / backing vocals,
Frank MacTaggart as 'Tom Hamilton' on bass /
backing vocals, and Andrew Zenti as 'Joey
Kramer' on drums / backing vocals. Check out
